Good Ole Fashion Fun?

Today's weather didn't exactly encourage what I had planned for Tori and I, so instead of watching movies, I thought I would brush off the ole' oven and do some baking with Tori. Grandma Sessions made us new aprons for Christmas and I have been itching for a reason to use them!

Tori has about as much interest in baking as I do, but before she scampered off to find something more interesting to do she did pretend to crack an egg in the bowl and...
found flinging the flour all over was totally fun! I finished the rest all by lonesome and rediscovered all my reasons for not absolutely loving baking....why bake when you can buy perfectly fantastic cookies at the store with way less clean up?? However, it's always fun to try something new with Tori and thanks to a little Vampire Weekend on my pandora, I was able to stock up our cookie jar with homemade cookies.
