Have you ever had one of those days where everything just seems to work out?? Well, since having Tori, I really haven't. I've had good days, I've had mildly great days, but today is just a full on fantastic day. The weather has been perfect all morning and now an afternoon storm is rolling in just as we arrived home. We successfully restocked our shelves and freezer for only $68. I finally got the brown silk couch pillow I've been eyeballing for weeks, and after only one day of jogging, I amazingly fit into my favorite pair of Big Star jeans. Brandon's back to the job hunting, and already got a call back from a job down in St. George. I had the best sandwich for lunch and while eating it on the veranda (ie. our small balcony) I may have saved my tomato plant from dying of thirst. We also found out we got a boat for the weekend of Tori's blessing. All in all....a FANTASTIC day! Now I get to settle in for a lazy afternoon of reading, but not without mentioning Tori's first visit to the zoo yesterday. She slept or cried most of the time, but it had been a long day of driving and shopping for Brandon's birthday.

The whole gang! I promise I'm not snuggling with Ben. If you must know, I was trying to keep the sun out of Tor's eyes, which I apparently failed to do!

I think you've hit that day of uephoria (spelling) Where you FINALLY start to feel normal again after having a baby. Its not the normal from before, but when you have finally got the hang of what the new "normal" will be. What a great day.
