Brandon's BDay

Since Brandon's birthday landed on a Sunday this year, we celebrated on Saturday. I told him we could do whatever he wanted, so we started off the day running stadium stairs...whaaaa? Who does that and their birthday? We followed up that torture with something a little more to my liking (fortunately since I had a made a deal that I wasn't sure I could live up to). We ended up doing a little biking up near Warm River/Mesa Falls. The road we took used to be an old railroad track and I might also note it was all downhill (my kind of bike ride), and the scenery was amazing! You just don't see southeast Idaho this green for very long! We only did 3 miles of the 48 mile track, so we are for sure doing the whole 48 miles along with some camping this summer for those that are interested. Ben and Amber and the boys came which was so much fun! We got to play by the river after the ride, and I can finally say that the summer has officially started for us. After we got back we went to Jonny Carinos with the Bowman family...delicious, and I've also included Brandon blowing out his birthday candles. I accidentally bought the number 25 instead of 26. Whoops! It was a way fun day, as far as I'm concerned.
